continuing on germany (73)

got three more pages done today. more or less still introductory information to germany. currently i'm not quite clear on how to divide this section up into parts: the division used for the US (blogs as a resource for...: voters, traditional media, campaigns) does not appear to make sense so far. i'll have to give that some more thought. won't keep me from writing though - i can always reshuffle afterwards.
